The OC White MacroZoom Digital Microscope is an ergonomic inspection system. It has a range of  1 – 60x (up to 120x with options) and comes with a “Close-Up” auxiliary lens. The Ultra-Cam™ II Hybrid HDMI/USB digital camera includes Advanced Onboard Imaging Controls built in for measurement and labeling. Operable with the included wireless mouse, this allows you to get to work without any additional equipment.

The digital microscope’s variable focal design provides an unlimited working distance. Now you can manipulate large objects as you inspect them, or you can place the camera at some distance from what you need to inspect, giving you more options. In addition to the built-in software, an additional program is included (a $595 value) with an even more impressive array of measurement and annotating features, but it requires a separate Windows PC to operate.

The camera and lens are mounted on an articulating arm base assembly. It is also available on a ball bearing base and a lab-style base.

The MacroZoom is compatible with all Micro-Lite® Illuminators and is ESD Safe.

    Articulating arm needs work. The Camera Performs very well.

    The Articulating arm leaves the camera open to slight vibration. It does offer flexibility for fixturing and quick movement for staging a different part type. The Camera works out very well and has allowed us to capture quality at all levels. Also works well on the production floor offering operators ease of use.
