Super Scope™

Super Scope™ - Truly in a class all its own! The Super Scope™ is an all-in-one imaging system that combines 4-40x zoom, with variable focal working distances, to create a specialized inspection tool for today’s modern electronics production. Made in the USA.

The Super Scope™ is a unique inspection tool, especially aimed at QA Inspection and Documentation. Standard magnification range is 4-40x, but can be brought up to 80x with the addition of a 2x lens (#14212-2x). Aside from a crystal clear image, the unique attribute of this system is its variable focal design. This allows the working distance to be set anywhere from 6-18”, and refocused by the simple slide of a lever. Whether your process calls for inspection a range of different sized products, or even having to deal with different operator heights, the Super Scope™ can go with the flow!

Combining our professional grade 14” monitor, with superior high sensitivity camera, the Super Scope™ delivers image quality that is second to none. The clear, real time images provide a level of detail that few can obtain. Due to the ergonomic design, no longer do you have to deal with fatigue and back pain, commonly associated with long hours of microscope use. The exclusive ‘heads up’ design brings the image to you, for one of the most ergonomic solutions on the market today.

The Super Scope™ affords not only audio inputs and outputs, but S-video output, to allow for easy image capture. We provide a specialized hardware/software package for use with this system (18516-2) that interfaces the Super Scope™ to a PC for still image capture, video capture, measurement, and a host of other features.
