FAQs:

What is LED lighting and how is it different from light bulbs?

LED stands for Light Emitting Diode. Light is produced using electroluminescence—a phenomenon where a semiconductor material emits light when an electric current is passed through it. Traditional incandescent light bulbs work when a filament is heated to the point it glows.

LEDs require much less electricity than incandescent lights, and emit much less heat, meaning they last far longer. O.C. White machine lights come in both varieties.
