We designed custom mic booms for RCA in the 1950s, and their design has since become an industry standard. Along with a patented wire channel technology to reduce clutter and noise, we use only music wire in our springs. This wire won’t lose its elasticity and performs silently. Finally, our solid cast 15” riser that supports the boom and mic provides a solid and silent foundation.
