Ultraflex® LED Fixtures
Ultraflex® and Uniflex® LED Machine Lighting - Long Life, High Output, and Flexibility meet in these adjustable LED work lights. For precision illumination, you cannot go wrong with these LED Arrays. Available in four styles, they are setting the new standard.
The Ultraflex® LED machine work lights are our newest adjustable arm offering. They are available in two basic styles; Uniflex® 3 LED array and Ultraflex® 6 LED array. These styles are available in two mounting styles, with two voltage choices. With all of the choices, long life spans, and great light output, they are at home in the modern machining facility.
For any machine illumination application that demands the highest spot-light intensity as well as near limitless positioning possibilities, while operating in the most challenging work environments, our Ultraflex® LEDs are up to the task. These fixtures are rated for IP65, and featured a sealed design for no impingement of water, synthetic, and petroleum based fluids.
Our Ultraflex® 6 spot LED features a 9W LED array, that has a total output of 540 lumens. The Uniflex® 3 spot LED model features a 4.5W LED array, and total output of 270 lumens.
Available in both articulating arm, and ‘head only’ configurations, you have options for installation. The Ultraflex® series features rigid armatures, where the Uniflex® series is a long gooseneck armature.
The electronic transformer is built into the base for protection, and is easily accessible through the underside of the lamp. The 100-277v versions are auto switchable, and are terminated at a 3 prong grounded plug. The 24v DC versions are shipped with wire leads for direct connection to your machine.
