Kathy loves working in the shipping department because it's the final check for quality. She says, "The boss trusts me to make sure everything is right. He intuitively knows if something is wrong, and is never satisfied with the way things are. He's always looking to design something better."

"I'm really a people person. I guess that's why I think shipping is the most interesting department in the company. I not only get to work with a fun group of people here, I also intereact with people world-wide. In fact, we ship to anywhere UPS will go."
